भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सीएम योगी का बड़ा एक्शन, IAS अभिषेक प्रकाश सस्पेंड

सर्वोदय (लखनऊ):- उत्तर प्रदेश प्रशासनिक ढांचे में एक बड़े झटके के रूप में सामने आई है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ द्वारा वरिष्ठ आईएएस अधिकारी अभिषेक प्रकाश को निलंबित किया जाना दर्शाता है कि राज्य सरकार भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ “जीरो टॉलरेंस” की नीति पर सख्ती से अमल कर रही है। आपको बतादें कि  IAS अभिषेक प्रकाश लंबे समय तक लखनऊ के डीएम रह चुके हैं।

यह  कदम डिफेंस कॉरिडोर के लिए जमीन अधिग्रहण में भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों के बाद उठाया गया है। 2006 बैच के आईएएस अफसर और औद्योगिक विकास विभाग के सचिव, साथ ही इन्वेस्ट यूपी के CEO अभिषेक प्रकाश पर यह कार्रवाई की गई है।लखनऊ डिफेंस एक्सपो जमीन घोटाले में भ्रष्टाचार और फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आरोप सामने आए हैं। यह मामला भटगांव में डिफेंस कॉरिडोर के लिए जमीन अधिग्रहण से जुड़ा है। मुआवजे के नाम पर अनियमितताओं के चलते तत्कालीन लखनऊ डीएम IAS अभिषेक प्रकाश को निलंबित किया गया है। इसकी जांच भी की जा रही है।

जानकारी के मुताबिक, लखनऊ डिफेंस एक्सपो जमीन घोटाले में भ्रष्टाचार और फर्जी दस्तावेजों के आरोप के चलते कार्रवाई की गई है। लखनऊ के सरोजनीनगर स्थित भटगांव में डिफेंस कॉरिडोर के लिए जमीन अधिग्रहण से जुड़ा ये मामला है। मुआवजे के नाम पर अनियमितताओं के चलते तत्कालीन लखनऊ के डीएम अभिषेक प्रकाश के खिलाफ निलंबन की कार्रवाई हुई है।

लखनऊ के जिलाधिकारी रह चुके है। उनके डीएम रहते हुए सरोजनीनगर क्षेत्र में डिफेंस कॉरिडोर की जमीन का अधिग्रहण हुआ था। बताया जा रहा है कि उस अधिग्रहण में पट्टे फर्जी पाए गए थे। इसमें करीब 90 पट्टे फर्जी पाए गए थे। उन पट्टों को संक्रमणीय भूमिधर जमीन घोषित कर करके मुआवजा उठाया गया था। इसके जरिये मोटी रकम मुआवजा उठाया गया था। इस मामले में कई शिकायतें हुई थी।

मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, राजस्व परिषद के चेयरमैन रजनीश दुबे ने इस मामले में एक जांच की थी। जिसमें उन्होंने तत्कालीन डीएम अभिषेक प्रकाश, एडीएम अमरपाल, एसडीएम, कानूनगो और लेखपाल समेत कई अधिकारियों को आरोपी बनाया गया था। गुरुवार को इसी मामले में बहुत बड़ी कार्रवाई हुई है। योगी सरकार ने सचिव स्तर के अधिकारी अभिषेक प्रकाश को सस्पेंड कर दिया है। इस तरह मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने एक बार फिर भ्रष्टाचार में मामले में नजीर पेश करने वाली कार्रवाई कर दी है। आईएएस अभिषेक प्रकाश एलडीए के वीसी और लखनऊ डीएम के पद पर एक साथ तैनात रह चुके हैं। अभिषेक प्रकाश सरकार के खास होने के चलते काफी समय तक लखनऊ के जिलाधिकारी रहे चुके हैं।

गोमतीनगर स्टेडियम में उत्तर रेलवे की अंतर्मण्डलीय हॉकी प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन

लखनऊ :-  लखनऊ के गोमतीनगर में स्थित स्टेडियम में उत्तर रेलवे, लखनऊ मण्डल द्वारा अंतर्मण्डलीय हॉकी प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। इस प्रतियोगिता का उदघाट्न मुख्य अतिथि, मंडल रेल प्रबंधक,  एस. एम. शर्मा ने किया। नॉक आउट बेस पर होने वाली यह प्रतियोगिता आगामी 20 तारीख तक चलेगी I इसमें उत्तर रेलवे के मुख्यालय की टीम तथा लखनऊ, दिल्ली, अंबाला एवं फिरोजपुर मंडलों सहित कुल 05 टीमें भाग ले रही हैं। इस प्रतियोगिता का फ़ाइनल 20 तारीख़ को खेला जाएगा तथा पुरस्कार विजेता टीमों और खिलाड़ियों को पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा।  उदघाट्न मैच फिरोजपुर और अंबाला मण्डल जबकि आज का दूसरा मैच लखनऊ एवं दिल्ली मंडलों की टीमों के बीच खेला गया। उद्घाटन के इस अवसर पर मैच से पूर्व मंडल रेल प्रबंधक ने मैच खेलने वाली टीमों के खिलाड़ियों से परिचय प्राप्त किया तथा सभी को अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने के लिए उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया।

इस अवसर पर अपने विचार व्यक्त करते हुए मंडल रेल प्रबंधक ने खेलों को जीवन का अनिवार्य अंग एवं आपसी सौहार्द्र तथा स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा का एक सशक्त माध्यम बताया। उन्होंने प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने वाली सभी टीमों को अपनी शुभकामनाएं दीं तथा सभी खिलाड़ियों से खेल भावना के साथ खेलने की अपेक्षा की। इस अवसर पर मंडल क्रीड़ा अधिकारी सह वरिष्ठ मंडल यांत्रिक अभियंता (सी.एंड डब्ल्यू.), श्री देवेश शर्मा सहित अन्य अधिकारी तथा बड़ी संख्या में खिलाड़ी एवं दर्शकगण उपस्थित रहे ।

मेरठ सौरभ हत्याकांड में बड़ा खुलासा! आरोपियों ने उगले सारे राज

मेरठ:-  उत्तर प्रदेश के मेरठ जिले में एक चौंकाने वाला हत्याकांड सामने आया है, जहां एक महिला ने अपने प्रेमी के साथ मिलकर अपने पति की हत्या कर दी और शव को सीमेंट के घोल बनाकर एक बड़े नीले ड्रम में छिपा दिया।पुलिस ने इस सनसनीखेज मामले का खुलासा करते हुए दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। दोनों आरोपियों से पुलिस पूछताछ कर रही है जिसके बाद एक के बाद एक कई राज खुलते जा रहे हैं।

आपको बता दें कि पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपी मुस्कान और उसके प्रेमी साहिल ने कई बड़े चौकाने वाले खुलासे किए हैं। मुस्कान ने पुलिस को बताया है कि वो काफी समय से अपने पति सौरभ राजपूत की हत्या करने की प्लानिंग में लगी थी। अपने प्रेमी के साथ मिलकर इस हत्या को कैसे अंजाम देना है और हत्या के बाद सौरभ के शव को कैसे ठिकाने लगाना है, जिसकी प्लानिंग भी की थी।

जब सारे राज कागज की पन्नों की तरह खुल गए तब मुस्कान के परिजनों ने भी उसका साथ छोड़ दिया। मुस्कान की मां कविता रस्तोगी ने कहा कि सौरभ को इंसाफ मिलना चाहिए। मुस्कान और साहिल को फांसी मिलनी चाहिए। मुस्कान के पिता प्रमोद रस्तोगी ने बताया कि हमारा दामाद हीरा था। हमें सौरभ के लिए इंसाफ चाहिए। दोनों ने ही मुस्कान से अपना रिश्ता भी खत्म कर दिया है और इस बात का ऐलान भी कर दिया है। प्रमोद और कविता ने कहा कि अब वो सौरभ को इंसाफ दिलाने के लिए ही लड़ाई लड़ेंगे और नाती पीहू पर मुस्कान का साया नहीं पड़ने देंगे।

जानकारी के अनुसार सौरभ राजपूत और मुस्कान रस्तौगी की मुलाकात 2016 में हुई थी। दोस्ती के बाद प्यार परवान चढ़ा और दोनों ने शादी कर ली। हालांकि, सौरभ के परिवार ने इस शादी को स्वीकार नहीं किया और उसे संपत्ति से बेदखल कर दिया। इसके बाद सौरभ मर्चेंट नेवी में नौकरी करने के लिए लंदन चला गया, लेकिन बाद में उसे बैकरी शॉप में काम करना पड़ा। वह महीने-दो महीने में मेरठ लौटता था।

इस बीच  2019 में मुस्कान की मुलाकात साहिल शुक्ला से हुई। दोनों के बीच प्रेम संबंध बन गए और उन्होंने सौरभ को रास्ते से हटाने की योजना बनाई। 25 फरवरी को मुस्कान का जन्मदिन था और 24 फरवरी को सौरभ लंदन से मेरठ लौटा। उसी रात, डिनर में मुस्कान ने उसके खाने में नशे की दवा मिला दी। जब सौरभ बेहोश हो गया, तो साहिल शुक्ला घर में घुस आया और दोनों ने मिलकर चाकू से उसकी हत्या कर दी। हत्या के बाद वे शव को बाथरूम में ले गए, जहां साहिल ने सौरभ की गर्दन और दोनों हाथ काट दिए।

पहले उन्होंने शव को एक बैग में पैक किया, लेकिन बाद में योजना बदल गई। अगले दिन, वे बाजार से एक बड़ा नीला ड्रम और सीमेंट के कट्टे खरीदकर लाए। लाश को ड्रम में डालकर सीमेंट से भर दिया, ताकि किसी को कोई शक न हो। हत्या के बाद दोनों शिमला चले गए और वहां मंदिर में शादी कर ली। शिमला से लौटने के बाद, मुस्कान ने अपने पिता को इस हत्याकांड की जानकारी दी, जिसके बाद पुलिस तक मामला पहुंचा। पुलिस ने ड्रिल मशीन की मदद से शव को सीमेंट से बाहर निकाला और आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

क्राइम न्यूज़ :  दिल्ली के छावला क्षेत्र में  एक युवती का शव नहर में मिला। दिल्ली पुलिस ने हत्या के मामले में मुख्य संदिग्ध आसिफ नाम के एक शख्स को अरेस्ट किया है।

मृतक युवती की पहचान सीमापुरी थाना क्षेत्र के सुंदर नगरी निवासी कोमल के रूप में हुई है। युवती की गला घोंटकर हत्या की गई और शव को पत्थर से बांधकर छावला नहर में फेंक दिया गया।

आगे की जांच से पता चला कि टैक्सी ड्राइवर आसिफ कोमल को लंबे समय से जानता था। 12 मार्च को वह उसे सीमापुरी से अपनी गाड़ी में लेकर आया और दोनों के बीच विवाद हो गया। विवाद के बाद आसिफ ने कोमल की गला घोंटकर हत्या कर दी और शव को नहर में फेंक दिया।

17 मार्च (सोमवार) को शव फूलने के कारण तैरने लगा, जिसके बाद पुलिस को इसकी जानकारी मिली। इसके बाद द्वारका जिला पुलिस ने छावला थाने में हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया, जबकि सीमापुरी थाने में अपहरण का मामला पहले ही दर्ज हो चुका था।

पुलिस ने आसिफ को अरेस्ट कर लिया है और अपराध में इस्तेमाल की गई गाड़ी को जब्त कर लिया है। अफसर इस बात की जांच कर रहे हैं कि क्या आसिफ के साथ अपराध में कोई और भी शामिल था। इस संबंध में अधिक जानकारी की प्रतीक्षा है।

UP Police Transfer : उत्तर प्रदेश  प्रशासन में बड़ा बदलाव करते हुए 7 भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (आईपीएस) अफसरों का तबादला कर दिया गया है। नई तैनाती की फेहरिस्त जारी कर दी गई है। प्रशासन में हुए जरूरी बदलावों में से एक ये है कि आईपीएस बबलू कुमार को नया संयुक्त सीपी कानून व्यवस्था नियुक्त किया गया है। लिस्ट देंखे किसे कहां की जिम्मेदारी मिली।

विनोद कुमार सिंह को अपर पुलिस आयुक्त अपराध आयुक्तालय कानपुर नगर बनाया गया है। इससे पहले वह पुलिस महानिरीक्षक (सुरक्षा) लखनऊ के पद पर तैनात थे।

अमित वर्मा को संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त अपराध लखनऊ नियुक्त की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। इससे पहले वह संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त (कानून एवं व्यवस्था), लखनऊ के पद पर थे।

उपेन्द्र कुमार अग्रवाल को पुलिस महानिरीक्षक (सुरक्षा), लखनऊ नियुक्त किया गया है। इससे पहले वे पुलिस महानिरीक्षक (आर्थिक अपराध) के पद पर कार्यरत थे।

प्रदीप कुमार को पुलिस अधीक्षक, आर्थिक अपराध अनुसंधान संगठन, वाराणसी बनाया गया है। इससे पहले वह पुलिस अधीक्षक, एएनटीएफ मुख्यालय, लखनऊ के पद पर तैनात थे।

आसमां कासिम आबिदी को पुलिस उपायुक्त पुलिस कमिश्नरेट कानपुर नगर बनाया गया है। इससे पहले वह पुलिस अधीक्षक, सतर्कता अधिष्ठान, उत्तर प्रदेश, लखनऊ के पद पर कार्यरत थे।

मनोज कुमार अवस्थी को पुलिस अधीक्षक कानून व्यवस्था, पुलिस महानिदेशक लखनऊ बनाया गया है। इससे पहले वह पुलिस अधीक्षक/अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक ग्रामीण शाहजहांपुर थे।
